Collection of personal data on site

When making a purchase in the online store as a common customer, the customer’s first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone and postal address, if this is necessary to deliver the goods to the customer, are registered.
 The personal and purchase data of the customers who made a purchase in the online store as a common customer are stored for three years of making the purchase. After the expiry of the foregoing term, the personal data are deleted automatically.

Use of personal data collected

The SELLER has the right to use (including process) the personal data provided by the customer as well as the purchase data in compliance with the legislation in force to the extent that is necessary for fulfilling an order placed by the customer in the online store.

The SELLER processes the customer’s personal data for the following purposes:

Processors have the right to process personal data only according to the instructions provided by the seller and contracts have been entered into with authorised processors in respect of the maintenance of confidentiality of personal data. Alteration of personal data collected

The customer has the right to obtain, at any time, the data concerning the customer, request that their personal data be rectified and transmitted and that the personal data be no longer processed.
